I had a ceremony of coming of age day yesterday. It was very fresh for me to see friends I had not met for 5 years. Someone changed drastically, and others changed hardly. And I took part in the reunion, which was very fun. I saw a lot of people who are going to work this April. I thought of myself and what I should do, how I should live.
Surprisingly and incidentally, I saw the girl of my high school I loved at first. She stayed very cute and beautiful. I was very happy. And I succeeded in asking her to be taken a picture with me. Grateful! It was the most happiest time for me nowadays. And I found myself having loved her still now. She is every time perfect to me. Even if I meet another beautiful girl or she met other boy friend.
So, it was very magical time for me to meet a lot of high school days friends in reunion. It was a kind of dream...
This blog is written by Kosuke Tanaka, a Japanese boy. This is kind of like diary or thinking memo or whatever, but all are written in English. Actually I am not a native speaker of English. You can find so much English mistakes here, but I don't care. Neither do you.

Teaching Latin in English
Today in the teaching methodology class, I taught Latin in English. That was very hard for us, who did not get ready for the class enough, to teach nicely. The class resulted in very bad one. We don't have same thought what to do next in the teaching. Our group would be the worst. By the way, I spoke English in front of the people. And surprisingly, my group member Anna said to me, "Your English is like Australian English." It was very unexpected. I haven't thought my English like Australian English. Before, Honami said to me, "I don't like your English.", which was shocking. Anyway, it seems that my English has a kind of special feature. What is different?? But each language we use cannot be exactly the same. So it is natural and interesting to find what my English is like.

Good words
Today, I was so depressed and so unlucky. I went to the university to do my assignments, but the library was closed and all the computer room were also closed. It was kind of wasting time today. Somehow, I feel very bad. I was sad. I found the good words from the book, "Don't sweat the small stuff." by Richard Carlson. It was "Life is a test. It's only a test." It sounds great, and it was really helpful for me. I will say this word everyday. Yeah, it is very important to think life only a test. Even if you miss something, you don't have to worry or be sad so much. That is because life is a test. Just a test. You can learn something from the miss. I have to memorize it and tell it other people.

Hola! Is California a Spanish country ?
I heard more than 50% of the people in California is Latino (Hispanic). That is very surprising for me. I am going to the United states to improve my communication skills of English. But mainly used language in California might be "Spanish". Oh, my god. But it is also interesting. So I started to learn Spanish! Hola!

Starting this blog
I'll start this blog for improving my English communication skills before I go to the California this summer by study abroad program. I will mainly write this blog while I am in California. Now I am still in Japan. I can't wait! I'm considering which place of California is nicer.
